Message to my blog followers

Dear Blog followers,

I have been contemplating this decision for quite some time now, and it has been a tough one for me.  I have spent the past few years posting daily on this blog.  It is usually a repeat of the posts that I post on my Facebook page.  I do not typically receive many comments or messages from this blog.  I really need to focus my efforts in the places that I get the most interaction from.  Because of this, I have decided to take a hiatus from posting on this page.  Don't worry, I am not falling off the face of the earth :).   You can still find me and follow me on my other social media accounts:

**Why do I drink Shakeology?**




Shakeology has become an essential part of my day. I know many folks look at the cost of Shakeology and just shake their heads. Yes, it is a little costly. You see, 1 bag, with 30 servings, lasts me 2 months! I am one of those people that has found my perfect consistency to be only 1/2 a serving of Shakeology in my shake. Even at a full serving, Shakeology is full of so many things that benefit your health. I have done my research, and I know the quality of ingredients - no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners...no artificial anything. The ingredients are minimally processed to maintain as much nutritional value as possible. The pre and probiotics, adaptogens, and antioxidants, and great for my mental health and help to boost my immune system. Plus the benefits that my health (and my family's health) has received from drinking it regularly, have been amazing. I notice the difference in my body when I miss a day. Shakeology isn't a weight loss shake (although, it really does help with that), it isn't a protein shake (although, it is a great source of protein...and veggies), it isn't a fab or a trend. It is just good common sense nutrition. It IS my daily dose of dense nutrition.

CIZE it up with your kids

PiYo crouching crow

Working on my crouching push up/crouching crow today with my PiYo define upper workout. It is a great move for strengthening your upper body, and allows you to "work your way up" in strength. A beginner would carry more weight in their legs. As you increase your strength, you transfer more weight from your legs to your arms.
