15 Day Fitness Challenge

I am doing it again!!! Melissa's 15 Day Fitness Challenge - starting September 1st!!

If you haven't done my 15 Day Fitness Challenge before, it is a simple 30 minutes of exercise a day for 15 days in a row. Your choice of exercise. You will post daily to our private challenge Facebook group page. It is always more fun to workout with a friend, so invite your friends to join too!!
