Crunch it up Saturday


I CHALLENGE you to get some crunches in right now!!!

Tips to maximize your crunch results:
- pull your belly button in and up toward your heart.
- press your lower back into the floor.

- Instead of using your hands to pull your head up, press the back of
your head into your fingertips. The lifting in a crunch should come
from your abs, not your neck.
- breath out as you crunch up, and inhale as you lay back.
- Do slow and controlled reps, not fast ones.
