Exercises for your legs and arms

Tone your arms AND legs at the same time with these 2 easy moves.
#1 Sumo squat then jump to standing, and back to sumo squat.

#2 Squat, then lunge back. Lift weight as your leg goes back. Back to squat. Repeat other side.

Heavier weights = more challenging.
