FAT loss, NOT weight loss

I <3 this!!! I know from experience how hard it is to stop obsessing about the number on the scale. The truth is that if you exercise and you eat right, you carry your weight differently. The scale might be reflecting your lower body fat percentage. Did you know that muscle is much more dense and compact than fat? Think about that the next time you are getting frustrated with the scale. Start looking at other ways to measure your progress. How do your clothes fit? How are you feeling?
