Sweeten up your plain yogurt

Who wants to eat plain yogurt?!?!? However, the sugar in flavored yogurt can be high.  What is a girl to do?!?! 

- Stir in some honey, agave, maple syrup or some stevia 
- experiment with flavor extracts such as coconut, maple, rum or vanilla 

These mix ins are also great for oatmeal, quinoa, shakeology, and other foods that might need a little extra flavor!
