Skip the Mayo and try this...

Lunch! Turkey and avocado on sugar free whole wheat bread, Yes, I eat bread. I stick with whole grain or sprouted grain breads, and I don't have bread too often πŸ˜€. Here's a tip for making a healthier sandwich. Skip the mayo!!! Try using hummus or avocado as a spread. Both are better options and will add a lot of flavor to your sandwich.
