It is January, and everyone is looking for new "diets" and exercise programs. I don't diet...I do my best to stick with a clean eating lifestyle. There is NEVER an end to my eating program. There ARE times when I splurge, and eat the not so healthy foods. However, I make a point to stick with a clean eating plan ALL OF THE TIME!
