Make it permenant



THE BEST ADVICE EVER!!! It took me a REALLY LONG time to learn that having an expiration date with your eating plan only means you will fall back into old habits...every single time. If you make your eating plan a lifestyle change, you will be more likely to maintain your goals once you have reached them. That doesn't mean you can't indulge every once in awhile, it just means that 90% of the time you eat healthy and make better choices. Doing that makes that other 10% so worth the wait too!!!
