The weekend is approaching. Never fails, it is ALWAYS my downfall. How do I
manage to stay on track? Well, I strive for 90% clean eating and exercise
during the week and I stick with as best as I can on Saturday and Sunday during
the day....I always fit in a Saturday morning workout! I know my crash and burn
time is Friday and Saturday evening because that is when I get to relax with my
friends and neighbors.
