Quick workout

Short on time? Here's a good full body workout that you can do anywhere! That wall sit will get you--stand with your back against a wall with your feet 2-3 feet away from the wall. Slide down until your knees are bent at 90 degrees, keeping knees over toes. Hold for as long as you can. Can't go quite that far--then sit at 20 or 45 degree angle and build up.
