150 Pounds



I Love this!!! Remember it's only about the numbers on the scale at first. If you eat right AND exercise, you will eventually reach a point when your body transformation lets you judge your progress by how you feel and how your clothes fit!


I may have a target goal weight in my head, but I promise you that I get much more excited when move down a clothing size, or notice how awesome my biceps look when I put on a tank top, or when my husband complements my nice rear end.
