This idea has been floating around Facebook and Pinterest lately. I have tried it and I love it! If you enjoy oatmeal, you can prepare a handful of meals in about 10 minutes and they will be ready for you when you are on the run. All if the recipes start with oatmeal, milk, and yogurt, then you can use some of the recipe suggestions here, or modify it to add your favorite fruits! My favorite is the chocolate with banana! With the exception of the recipes that use peanut butter, these run about 200 calories a jar. The peanut butter adds about 80 additional calories. Give these a try and tell me what you think!
