Every step counts!

Even baby steps are still steps in the right direction!  Don't get down on yourself if things aren't going as quickly as you had hoped.  It took me 15 years to gain all of my weight (over 80 pounds).  I would be crazy to think I could lose it all and still maintain my weigh loss with only a few months worth of work.  I have been at this for 2 years now, and I have plateaued A LOT!  But every day, I keep at it and keep trying to make better choices.  I changed my focus from being thin, to being healthy and fit.
