Easy Dinner idea!

This idea is courtesy of my friend, Jen Parker - Strong, Healthy, Happy.

What's for dinner? I looked in my veggie drawer and chopped up anything I could find, tossed with olive oil, dash of sea salt and baked for 30 min a 350. Yum! I used red bell pepper, Brussels sprouts, red onion and garlic. But you can use anything. What a great way to clean house!!
