Creative cooking

We like to get creative with quick meals in our house.  One of our favorite 'throw together' dishes revolves around some sort of sausage, and veggies served over whole grain noodles.

Dinner tonight: garlic and mozzarella chicken sausage sliced and sautéed with asparagus and mushrooms, Italian seasonings and a wedge of laughing cow Swiss. Once sausage is cooked simmer covered until asparagus is tender (about 20 min). Served over whole grain pasta. Delicious!
