Clean up your kitchen.

Where can you start if you want to clean up your eating habits?  This is a fantastic list that I found on the Dr. Oz website.  Everything on here is clean eating and healthy.  I have found the secret to keeping yourself on track with healthy eating is to find healthy foods that you CRAVE!!!  I had never had quinoa prior to a few months ago.  I tried it and I LOVE it.  When I make it, I make sure I have enough leftovers to last me for several meals!  Find you new favorite!!
